Axe Fx Mark II issue

Hello my friends.

I've been happily using my Axe Fx II from 4 years ago but everything went weird today. I just powered on my Axe and the screen showed me the last preset number I used but without the name. I can`t even control the Axe physically but with Axe Edit I can change presets (and the preset in the Axe screen changes too). I plug my guitar but no sound (not even the "leds fader" in the Axe turns on).

I upgraded the firmware to Ares 2 succesfully, but the behaviour of the Axe still remains as I described before.

Do anyone know what's going on and could give me a solution?

Im desperate, next week I start the records with my band.

Open it up and check for loose ribbon cables.

Can you access the global menus? If so, try changing some global setting. Then power off / on and see if that setting is still with the value you set. If not it could be the internal battery.

Email support@fractalaudio.com - they will probably have other ideas.

I didn't opened it. I'll try it after emailing the support team. I cannot acces to global menus, I can't use the Axe physical buttons (don't have any response on the Axe screen).

I'll ask them. Thank you! (If there is any other ideas, please, tell me!)
