Another one from Haiko 
When did you listen the last time to a Marshall Cabinet, loaded with Alnico speakers? This time, Haiko put a fuzz and chorus in front of the Axe-Fx JTM45 sim and use a IR from the www.cabIR.eu MR-PETE library, loaded with the Celestion T652 Alnicos (aka Celestion SILVER), rated at 15 Watt each.
This 8x12" Pete Townsend homage limited edition cab is in contrary to the "old originals" made for Pete Townsend devided in two pieces - for weighty reasons But also like the original 6 ever made cabs back the day for Mr. Townsend, the chassis of the top speakers (812T40) has a open back, the bottom chassis (812B40) is closed back.
Those 400 re-issue 8x12" cabs where sold as package with a JTM45/100 in 2005. On the MR-PETE page, you`ll find two pictures, showing a original Pete Townsend pre-owned 8x12" and the re-issue full stack including the matched top side by side. Unfortuantely, the original chassis has no more speakers in it - Pete blows them all back the days, so we had to take the re-issue one ...
Nevertheless: Rock history stuff, we can enjoy nowdays in a very authentic way with our fractal units ... great times...
