I will be live-streaming some music with my hurdy gurdy and my axe fx III every Sunday at 5pm UTC, for the upcoming weeks of confinement.

Do I understand right that you built your hurdy gurdy yourself? It's very cool too! Might want to get involved myself some day. I don't think I'm a good choice of builder though, would want to buy, and I'm not feeling super buy-ful these days...

That hurdy-gurdy is the coolest. First time I saw one was in Budapest.

Excellent, all of it. The hurdy gurdy is like the platypus of the instrument world.

Can you describe your live streaming rig and gear? -- what treaming software/platform, mic, mixing board, how you're routing audio and video and keeping them in sync, if you're streaming to multiple platforms at once and how, etc. Any info would be helpful. I'll be livestreaming myself because I perform for a living and all the gigs vanished.

Just watched part of the first video. I really like the sounds on the 2nd song (Scars?). I'm assuming you have some overdrive in there?

The hurdy gurdy is like the platypus of the instrument world.

This seems to make it a very flexible instrument, probably the only one I can think of that my compete with guitar for the level of expression possible with a single instrument.
