Axe Edit usually needs to be updated to fully support new firmware features such as new amps or controls. Everything should work if you dial it in directly on the Axe. The Axe Edit update should be around shortly, although probably not as quickly as usual due to thanksgiving.

IIRC, Cliff said the 6 position switch is replaced by a continuously variable control, and it is located on the bass knob in the ideal screen.

Just tried the new Matchbox EF86 model with a few of the new, remastered Redwirez Matchless G12H30 IRs and all I can say is man, what an amp! No real tweaking necessary to get a good tone, just choose your favorite IR. Even some of the mics/positions I usually avoid sounded good.

Can't wait to get some time to really dive into this model and try the G12M IRs as well as mixing them with the Celestion Blue. It looks like I too may be replacing the AC20 with this new model as a go-to amp.

The DC-30 has been one of my go to amps since I bought the AFX3. Just a beautiful sounding amp. Great clean and I just toss the BB Pre in front and up the amps input just a tad for the lovliest of dirt.
