12.13 released on the 13th! Now lucky a number for us.Thanks ...I’m first lol...wow
Thought you’d skip 13 in the increment
I assume -6 dB on the input trim now would replicate the low sensitivity input on amps so equipped instead of 0.5 from before, correct?
I could be wrong, but I believe that when it concerns signal level, we are only interested in voltage not power, and then the formula is 10 * LOG10 (0.5), so 0.5 ~ -3 dBI guess so.
If Input Trim is 0.5, then dB = -6dB, because: 20 * LOG10 (0.5)

You got it backwards.I could be wrong, but I believe that when it concerns signal level, we are only interested in voltage not power, and then the formula is 10 * LOG10 (0.5), so 0.5 ~ -3 dB
A voltage change causes a similar current change, so its effect is twofold, which is why 20 * log10(ratio).I could be wrong, but I believe that when it concerns signal level, we are only interested in voltage not power, and then the formula is 10 * LOG10 (0.5), so 0.5 ~ -3 dB
I guess so.
