I was able to play through a few Revvs the last couple of years and was always impressed. Does anyone know if they their own thing or "refined" versions of other amps?

Probably not unless someone ships one to Fractal. There’s a YouTube video comparing it to a V30 and sounds really close. Try the Friedman DynaCab in the meantime.
