excellent got a few days off so i know what i'm doing now
Is this the issue @boyce89976 was concerned with?Fixed a mistake in amps with cathode biased power tubes (i.e. AC-30, AC-20, etc.) resulting in excessive bias excursion.
Based on his description of bias excursion and the resulting fizziness from moving into Class-B operation, I sure hope so!Is this the issue @boyce89976 was concerned with?
Gotta love the commitment to excellence at FAS. Let us know @boyce89976 ! Edit: I was really enjoying the AC30 so if it has changed and I don’t like it any more , I blame you!Based on his description of bias excursion and the resulting fizziness from moving into Class-B operation, I sure hope so!
Still likely a bit to goOne of these days I'm going to see this for the FM3, but until then I have to live vicariously through you Axe III guys.

And please share your preset! It sounded awesome regardless of the fizzBased on his description of bias excursion and the resulting fizziness from moving into Class-B operation, I sure hope so!
May be a really stupid question but in fractal world, what exactly do the terms updated and verified or (not verified) mean? I have a pretty good idea but I want to hear the techie answer.https://www.fractalaudio.com/downlo...xe-fx-3/16p0/axefxiii_dsp_rel_16p00_beta7.zip

from what he's said in the public beta threads, updated means he typed in new code for that amp model.May be a really stupid question but in fractal world, what exactly do the terms updated and verified or (not verified) mean? I have a pretty good idea but I want to hear the techie answer.
Ok thanks. I haven’t been able to see it in other threads. Was basically what I though it meant anyway.from what he's said in the public beta threads, updated means he typed in new code for that amp model.
verified means he compared it to the actual physical amp and confirmed it.

Just plug in the Effects Loop.
Cygnus is an old consumer audio brand from Argentina and Brazil.
Banned.
It's not a "Fractal' world" thing. This is specific to Cygnus. To fully take advantage of Cygnus modeling, each amplifier model must be converted by hand. In this case, "updated" means that the conversion has been performed. "Verified" means that the converted amplifier model has been tested and proven correct....in fractal world, what exactly do the terms updated and verified or (not verified) mean? I have a pretty good idea but I want to hear the techie answer.
