no problem. Beta versions usually don't force this. Release versions will. so this may be a popular question.Thanks.. I just Refreshed fer New Firmware and Amps are now correct for selected in Amp in Amp Block, Thanx again!
Refresh FWHey! Noticing in Axe-Edit 1.08.08 the Amp block "Type" box displays the wrong name for many of the models after updating from Beta 1 to Beta 2. Proper name still displayed on top where it says Amp 1: " ". It's likely you're aware of the bug already, just wanted to share!
Thanx Again Dude, you have no Idea how a simple thing like this can solve so many headaches... or maybe you do! hahaha, Best! BTW the ANGLE SEVERE sounds FN Amazing!!!no problem. Beta versions usually don't force this. Release versions will. so this may be a popular question.
possibly, it depends on what was changed.Anyone else notice a rather big volume difference in the "Dirty Shirley" model between beta4 and beta5? Is that expected behavior?
In Axe-Edit III, try running Settings -> Refresh after new FW.Selecting Angle Severe 1, gives me Recto 1 Orange Modern, and Selecting Angle Severe 2, give me Angle Severe 1...
I had to back down a couple at least 4db compared to beta4. Was just wondering...possibly, it depends on what was changed.
Hiwatt too!Jonesing for Recto1 intensifies
sure. any of the changes he mentioned could have caused that. it's being actively developed, so it's almost impossible to also mention how each model might change. Level changes are expected, so this could definitely just be an expected level changeI had to back down a couple at least 4db compared to beta4. Was just wondering...
OMFG How did I forget about the Hiwatt?!Hiwatt too!
thank you kindly, Chris!sure. any of the changes he mentioned could have caused that. it's being actively developed, so it's almost impossible to also mention how each model might change. Level changes are expected, so this could definitely just be an expected level change
good that you mention it though, in case it isn't expected. Cliff would have to be the one to comment on it, but i wouldn't worry about Level changes.
That was a missed opportunity to say, "my preferred number of the bias is 66.6%"I have some old Fender amps here with the original tubes in them and they are biased around 50% which is extremely cold. If I were to replace the tubes I would adjust the bias to around 66% (my personal preference).
