And they likely won't sound the same. The modeling has changed a lot and a number of the effects have been revamped.

You can use FracTool to open the presets and look at the settings.
 
Fractool can translate Axe FX3 presets for Axe FX2, and vice versa, but it seems sounds are not exactly same due to my experience.
However the result of translation can be a good starting point.
