Axe-Fx II XL+ Mainboard Exchange Program

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. I did a search and couldn't find anything about it yet.

Has anybody received an email about a defective part found on the motherboard of certain XL+ units manufactured after 9/10/15?...

A small number of XL+ units did recently go out with a defective part on the mainboard. We have accurate records of where they went and we're notifying customers about how to get a free exchange. The supplier of that part is paying for everything.

There is no safety risk, and the affected units may never even show signs of trouble, but if anything it could impact long-term reliability, so we wanted to do the right thing and get it taken care of promptly.

PS: It's actually 9/15/2015... I fixed that in the email just now.
