Hi Cliff!, reporting back, I downloaded Q6 again, and its working as a charm now....... gain sounds are Georgeous!, I downloaded the Q6 update and installed again, I notice the knob of the firmware update (latest, Q;Q4; Q3 etc..) is now gone (right of preamp). DId you updated again?, its working incredible now. Thanks for your support Im a fan of your company, keep the good work man, its outstanding! I will definitely continue the product follow
