Uploading the new Bank A file

I am unclear on this as well. I didn't see anything in the release notes regarding updating the Bank A file.
All of my presets are in Bank A. How do I upload this file without wiping out my presets? I backed up my presets with Axe Edit. Should I upload this Bank A file first after the firmware update, then reload my Bank A file??????
