I'm almost certain the Original Bass Model is actually SV Bass 2
On the III, SV Bass 1 is the old model.

Went to my bass patch and the Axe Fx crashed but it seems ok now.
Recorded some bass using the exact same settings as was in my original patch and I think i'm back to good.
turns out I didn't have it too far off when i was trying to make the new model sound like the old one....
I believe that was the intention but give it a try and you might think the same....On the III, SV Bass 1 is the old model.

The preset? I could knock one up. I really want to share the Friedman preset I made but my tone matching knowledge was completely forgotten last night. Is this shared anywhere?
Sounds great

If you share I’ll be first in line to try it outThe preset sounds great as well as the rest of track

Yes i also think the models have swapped places
The old one used to be the `bright one`and did not growl. And had less vol (in the old days)
That was the thing i loved with the NEW Sv Bass model (1970), less bright, and i could push the master.. and it sounded like an amimal![]()
how high is your presence knob set?
It kind of sounded the way my patches did with the presence at 10 and the new bug but I guess that's not the culpritHerbie 3 - presence 5 and bass on 3

This is the final release for the Axe-Fx II series. If you need your "frequent firmware fix" we recommend purchasing an Axe-Fx III.

There are no "SV amp bugs". That's the way they sound. The models were copied directly from the Axe-Fx III.Thanks Cliff, sounds great! Hopefully the sv amp bugs can get worked out along with the presence issue.
