Dude, this new Herbie MK3 is so awesome! Thank you so much Cliff! It's just mean and brutal.

I cannot wait to try out more amps in this beta, now that they've all been vetted. Pure awesomeness as always!
I like it a lot more than the old version of the amp. The original Herbert is too dark, fuzzy, compressed and muddy IMO. Sounds great playing alone but when I play along with a recording it just gets lost. The new Herbert is tighter and sits in the mix better.

Since I've never played the original, I'm wondering, to replicate the mid cut knobs on the real deal, is it still better just to place a filter block between the amp and the cab, or would it be a little closer to use the 400Hz band on the 7 band var EQ in the amp block set to pre power amp?
