AXE FX 2 SCREEN PROBLEM ( VERY BAD )

Hello guys I'm having this error on my AXE fx 2 XL. I already try to upload the software but the problem still there do you have any solution for this?

My axfx2 did the exact same thing yesterday !

Restarted and it went back to normal.

Thought maybe I was between 2 presets because I used the dial earlier.
