Axe Edit resets my sound card's sample rate to 44.1

Not a problem per-se, but I noticed that when starting Axe-Edit, my sound card pops due to the sample rate changing from another rate to 44.1 kHz. Doesn't seem like Axe-Edit would need to access USB audio at all.

Using Axe-Edit 3.0.1, Max OS 10.8.4, USB Driver 167.

This isn't happening here. Both my Axe-Fx and my RME Fireface stay put at 48k when I start Axe-Edit.

Hmmm - happens every time for me. I'm using a Focusrite Scarlett 8i6 USB interface currently. After AE starts I can switch it back, but it definitely occurs when Axe-Edit starts - you hear the pop and I see it switch in the Focusrite app as well as the Mac Audio-MIDI app.

Not a big deal, but if you want me to test anything at some point, let me know.

Does it happen only when starting Axe-Edit or does it also happen when starting other programs?
Maybe the operating system is playing a "bling - hey you just started a program!" -sound?
