Try downloading the DMG directly, and installing that way:

https://www.fractalaudio.com/downloads/Axe-Edit-III/Axe-Edit-III-OSX-v1p03p04.dmg

Axe-Edit switched update methods between 1.1.6 and 1.1.7 and sometimes the old auto update method and the new didn't play well together. After you update directly by dragging and dropping the Axe-Edit III.app from that disk image to Applications, it should autoupdate in the future just fine.

Yes! That worked. It’s a laptop that I don’t update as often.

Can you make it so we can copy or move sences to different presets or make new presets with them? For instance Austin Buddy 1400+ pack. Love it so much but would love to be able to move the sences to start or make a preset. PLEASE.... PLEASE....

Does this update or nan you make it so that we can save scenes to different presets or to make a new preset from a scene. For EX. Austin Buddy 1400+ pack love it. But I would really would like to make some of the scenes presets all there own. This would be real helpful for guys with FC6 controllers as well I would think. It just would make life a little easier.

This isn't possible. Scenes don't store the values of blocks, they just store the states of blocks and some indices on arrays that control scene controllers. Copying a scene from one preset to another wouldn't copy all the block values, it'd just copy the block states.
