Axe-change problem

Hi - When I go to axe-change and try to preview a preset, my axe-3 preset changes to EMPTY and I can't hear anything. Am I doing somthing wrong? Ive tried several presets and the same things happens on all of them.

Hi SubKrypt,

Double check the version of the Preset you are downloading compared to the firmware version you are running. I know there was some issue with firmware incompatibilities between versions.
Perhaps try using Fractool to convert the preset and have a look at it then.

Thanks Pauly - I tried some more presets and it does appear to be due to different firmware versions. Cheers
