AX8 to help control FM3

Is this possible? Since I have one and it is not selling I am thinking of just keeping it for now. I did search before anyone asks.

OK. I have plenty of those Boss pedals and others for external stuff. Not worth it just for preset changing. Before I did that I would buy an FC-6,
But I don't think I'll need it. As you said, Layouts are it and I have been learning and learning
