Now the first units are shipping - I presume they are shipping with a hard copy manual (?) - if so, is a downloadable .PDF Manual far off ?

I wouldn't think so. Most stuff doesn't come with a manual these days.

Cliff said a draft of the manual is coming. They always make the manuals available from the Support page here:

I'm sure it'll be there shortly. By the way, "shortly" in Fractalese can have varying definitions. Best to read it as "eventually."

My FX8 came with hard copy manual earlier this year.

You guys should download and read the FX8 manual .i am thinking many of those feature and how things like Nav Page and setup work will be similar

Wiki no longer says is not released. The red text is gone but no link to manual yet. I am hoping that since it no longer says that is not released invites to purchase will begin to get sent to wait list.
