AX8 Scene Default

Hi there

I am using a Voes MC 5 jr to switch scenes 1 to 4 within a bank and works well with the switching once in each preset

My firmware is the latest

I have set one Bank to have 4 presets ( which each have 4 scenes) and wish to set them up as follows :-

Preset 1 - assigned to AX8 fs5- - Default scene wanted by me is scene1
Presets 2 to 4 - assigned to Ax8 fs 5/ fs 6/ fs7 ascendingly - Default scene wanted for these presets is scene2

My problem is I have tried setting scene default to 2 as as start and only Preset 2 conforms to this - other 3 presets are defaulting to scene1 when switch using AX8

When I use AX Edit the result is the same

Please can someone help me get to understand how to use global default scenes and then overide for one or two presets ?

ps - correction -

Default scene assignments that differ from the Global default need to be assigned per preset. Each preset needs to be saved with the new default scene before moving to another.
