AX8 PC Bank Select

The AX8 manual shows that the AX8 will accept Bank Select/PC messages, but it looks like it doesn't transmit Bank Select, only PC messages. Has anyone tested this? Is it true?

Correct. Bank Select is MIDI CC# 0, and the AX8 doesn’t transmit any CCs.

I am trying to get 2 AX8 to follow each other's preset changes. i.e. When I select Bank 02, Preset 3 on the "Master" AX8, I want Bank 2, Preset 3 on the "Slave" AX8.
When connecting the master's MIDI out to the slave's MIDI in, no matter what preset I choose on the Master, the Slave AX8 switches to Bank 01/Preset 1.
Is there a setting I need to change to get the 2 units to follow each other's presets?

Using MIDI monitor, looking at the output of the "Master" AX8, no matter what Bank/Preset I choose, it always puts out PC 1.
Is there a MIDI PC mapping page or something?

NM. I see there's a MIDI setting in each preset which chooses the MIDI PC. Not sure if that's for send AND receive or just send, but I'll figure it out. Annoying that every one is defaulted to PC 0 instead of the actual Bank/Preset #, but oh well...
