AX8 - how to check if previous owner have purchased and installed any packs (AMP-CAB)?

Hi AX8 masters
Its any posibility to view if previus owner have installed any purchaed paks (AMP/CAB) on AX8 ? I have fw10.01 installed.
 
No. You could only make an educated guess, going by the names of the CABs in the "User" slots. But, those names can be changed any time. Same with preset names - there might be "Moke - blah blah" for something that was purchased from Moke, but those names can be changed at any time.
 
Each vendor has a naming standard for CabIRs (OH=Ownhammer etc...).

On a related note I see lots of used modeller sellers advertising the 3rd party IRs installed on their units for sale as an added benefit - wondered if that respects the terms of use for those IRs.
 
Hi Guys, I've just bought and Ax8. Is there a site where I can purchase sound libraries or certain Patches/sounds?

Go to Fremen’s site. He has awesome packs. Google fremen presets and you’ll be good.
