AX8 Foot Switch Tops

Dang. Are y’all jumping on the things? . 2 years of 40-50 gigs per year including several travel gigs and never had this issue. Guess I’ll buy a couple replacement switches just in case.

lolol...no man we're not treating it like a trampoline but those top do dislodge. I will say I tried the glue thing and so far so good but we'll see how long it lasts!! Again if you do this make sure you follow the tips I gave earlier.
 
Happened to me a couple of times when I had to tap the footswitch blindly and nearly missed so instead of releasing the switch normally I slipped off. The power of the spring is high enough to throw the cap off.
