I have tried a lot!
The volume pedal: Problem?
Does it work perfectly for everyone?
I use a Boss FV-500L pedal.
It only starts to control half of it.
I want it to work like a volume pot.
I tried a lot with the setting.
Controlling a volume potentiometer: Logarithmic
I can't solve this with the expression pedal!

Is there a video somewhere?
I'm sure I'm stupid!
Unfortunately it exceeds my abilities!
It looks like!
I can't find a solution on the forum anywhere!

I use those boss pedals all the time. It really is plug and play. Indeed you should check the wheel (I made that mistake once too lol) Then use the TRS cable and calibrate.
If it doesn't work (no movement on calibration screen, it is one of 4:
1) wheel is set to " mute"
2) Trs jack is not plugged into expression jack socket
3) trs cable is defective (or not trs)
4) Boss unit is defective (can't imagine)

or...

5) TRS plug isn't plugged all the way in.

I use 2 of these and prefer them over the Fractal pedals. Turn the knob counter clockwise and make sure the TRS jack is in the "expression" jack. Also calibrate your pedal within the Axe Fx III. Easy peezy Japaneezy
 
I always use them for rhythm/ solo switch. Nu fuss, during soundcheck set volume and scroll the wheel to adjust the diff for volume boost for solo. Even between songs you can adjust if necessary.
The other is for whatever else I want to manipulatr. Very solid and works perfectly.
