ax fx ii wont load .syx files

For some reason I cant get axe-edit or fractal bot to load my cab ir's. they are syx files and I'm running the latest version of ares software. any of you guys know why this is happening? thanks.

here is a screen shot. as you can see, the cab ir's are syx files. so I'm at a loss.

Are they AxeFX II cabs or III cabs? XL, XL+, or Mark series? You can convert to your model using FracTool.
