Ax editor

I was trying to install Austin buddy Dream rigs today. I installed the cabs with no problem but now my editor ti9mes out when i open it. All of my presets are gone, cab irs are gone theres nothing on my editor. Ive reinstalled the Ax8 Editor three time with no luck.
Any ideas im lost

restart the AX8 and you may have to restart the computer.

apparently my preferences had changed all normal again for now. thanks anyway
