Auto Wah Not working triggering from LFO [NOT A BUG]

Hopefully I'm just an idiot and there is something simple here.
I have always used an Auto Wah, using LFO1a as the control.....works great.
I have tried adding the Auto Wah to a new patch....doesn't work.
I've tried saving my Auto Wah settings to my Library, and recalling into another patch....doesn't work.

Here are two patches that (to the best of what I can see), have the exact same Auto Wah settings.
Can someone tell me what I'm missing? Or is this a bug?

The 'wah doesn't work' preset has a User Cab, so if you don't have a cab in that slot....you're going to want to change the cab that is selected.

I'm on Firmware 13.7

Where is LFO1 depth?
I don't see it on either of the Wah pages, or in the Controller page?
Looking on both front panel of Axe and Axe Edit....don't see this param?

This is what I see in Axe Edit and same controls are available via front panel:
