Auto panning for fun and profit

The recent changes to allow for use of a step sequencer allow us to have a cool auto panning that will alternate the panning from left to right based on pick attack.

@Admin M@ posted a cool sample and preset showing one variation, but I was after something else some time back when proposed adding a step Sequencer option.

Here are some screen shots of how I set things up and some off the cuff recorded examples.

In the end, it seems my preference mostly is to allow the auto-panning to continue to run when notes are sustained but still allow the alternating pan on pick attack, which is what the screenshots show.

You can get the pick attack only behavior by not setting the modifier on the Sequencer Run control and leaving it on Pause.

Modifier set on Balance control:

Modifier source is Sequencer with Min/Max at about +/- 75% - adjust for more/less width:

Sequencer setup. Forgot to highlight Steps set to 2 values are 0% and 100%, modifiers on both Run and Step:

The Run modifier uses Envelope to move between Pause and Run:

The Step modifier uses Envelope trigger the steps:

The Envelope Controller is set with the lowest threshold:

I've attached a preset as well... Hopefully it saved correctly.

I tried to save the block... But I seem to be having issues with the block library, so I was not able to import it a confirm that the modifiers are still assigned:

Hopefully somebody gets something out of this besides me ;)
