Audio interface for Axe FX Ultra

I would like to record some of the new stuff I am working on into my PC. I generally plug my guitar into Axe FX Ultra and use studio monitors. One of the guys at the music store in my town recommended Presonus Audiobox iTwo.

But I am wondering if the preamps in the audio interface will affect my sound or is there any way to turn it off ? Is there an audio interface that allows me to record the exact sound I hear on my monitors, so if I play it on the monitors after recording, it sounds the same as playing live ?

Get an interface that can do digital I/O (S/PDIF) and use the AxeFx's digital I/O. That sends the digital output of the AxeFx straight out to the interface it does not even go through the Axe's output DAC or an input ADC on the interface.
