Audio and MIDI Over USB?

I am coming from a Line 6 Helix that I used with my iPhone to send audio and MIDI over USB using iOS apps. I’m not sure if the FM3 will also allow me to do this or not.

I plugged my iPhone into the FM3 yesterday and tried to play the audio from a drum machine app and the FM3 was causing the app to go haywire and audio was cutting out.

Is what I am trying to do possible?

I already went through 3 FM3’s because the USB port was losing connection to the editor. Should my audio over USB be working?

I tried it with an Android tablet Xiaomi Mi PAD 4 PRO (in the two types of USB of the FM3) and it did not work for me.

Yeah I just tried it again with my iPhone and the audio cuts out regularly.

I can't confirm for the FM3 but it definitely works with the Axe Fx III.

But make sure to get the official Apple Camera adapter... I had unreliable results with a generic lightning to USB cable.

Yeah I used that. I hope it’s just a bug. I emailed support today.
