Are the outputs buffered for long cable runs?

I reconfigured my FX8 setup from trying to run a direct rig with a Tech21 Blonde (not very good) to a 4cm rig with my Tubemeister 36 into a Thiele 1x12. I set up my cable loom to add a stereo cable for the channel switch (not ready to use midi and can't afford the relay blocks...). My loom is REALLY long. 25' The cable from the FX8 to the front of the amp will be 15', but the cables for the loop will be 25' long. These are high quality cables, but I'm wondering if I'll suffer some tone loss running such long cables. I have a T1m buffer I could add to the output of the FX8 that goes to the input of the effects loop. I don't know whether I'll have a chance to try it out until I'm setting up and then that has to be fast since I'm heading to an acoustic gig after I set up my rig.

Thoughts?

Yep, sounded awesome. In fact I was surprised that my drive block settings sounded better than channel switching.
