Anyway to download all presets from Preset Exchange at once

Im not partial to any particular style or sound . I like themall so Id like to try all the presets on the preset exchange but its a bit tedious to get them one by one . Is there a shortcut that would allow me to download them all at once ?

So... already built into the site, no, but if you're familiar with crawling websites and comfortable rolling your own code, yes.

That being said, there's like 5000 presets on axechange, if you're sleeping like 15 seconds in between each download it'd need to run for nearly a day... and then you're gonna get alot of presets for really old firmwares that probably aren't of much use. If you're only interested in AxeFx III presets, looks like it's only 57 presets currently. IMHO, probably quicker/easier to just walk down the list command or control clicking the links to pop open each one in a new tab, then... click download button, keyboard shortcut to close window, click download, keyboard shortcut to close window... lather, rinse, repeat (the download button is in a persistent location in the site design, so you'll never have to move your mouse, and if you get into a rhythm like that it'd be quick and painless).
 
With all those past FW revs without some serious filtering that would be a waste of effort, IMHO. You'd just be downloading a bunch of inapplicable stuff to pick through. You are better off using the built-in interface to browse and evaluate.
