Anyway to customize Auto-Engage speeds?

I'd like 500ms instead of 333ms for Medium. Is there any way to customize this?

Nope.

You could build it but the simplest form I can think of requires a couple extra blocks, several modifiers and sequencer or LFO. Here's an Axe 1 preset where sequencer rate sets wah off delay. One seq. step duration is the delay so rate at 2 Hz = 500 ms. External 1 assumed for pedal.
