Anyone have issues with AX8-edit on a HP laptop running windows 10.

My new HP Envy laptop running windows 10 pro 64 bit

Ax8 edit will not sync up to ax8.
Tried:
All new usb cables (many)
Various 2.0 usb hubs
Removed chrome
Deleted/reinstalled AX8 edit
Turned off power save

Pics are what the screen is showing

Works fine on my old HP laptop running windows 7
Also, wife has the exact same new HP laptop as me, we got them at the same time. Exact problem happens on her's too.

Chime in with thoughts please.

Works pretty good for me, only freezes up every now and then when playing youtube while the edit is open.

I have the same issue also with a newer HP laptop.
HP Laptop 17-by4xxx
11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 2.4GHz
16 GB RAM
WIN10 64Bit
On my old Dell Laptop it still works fine (in the meanwhile also using WIN10 there).

Try updating your audio driver. I just went through the same thing with a Presonus ioStation 24C which I got to do some recording when traveling with an HP Omen laptop. It continually came up with Midi connection issues which seems to be a standard problem with newer HP laptops on Win10 64-bit (Google is your friend). I eventually found the updated driver and after removing the old one with a couple of reboots it now works fine. Also good practice not to have Chrome running although that issue may now have been fixed.
