Any help with Radio friendly unit shifter?

Kurt is using an Stereo Polychorus, íve been trying to recreate it using the phaser and flanger to no avail.
Íve tried with the chorus effect but can’t get close to this.[

I know the company Abominable Effects has a pedal called “Radio Friendly Unit Shifter” that even has a sort of In Utero angel as decoration. Believe that was an analog flanger with a gain build in and you could dial out the modulation to get a sort of ringmodulator effect.
