If you're just starting out, seems all the sales are entry level and used/trade in overstock that I could find.

Worse than that though is sales seem to be the same price as last years full retail.

Glad I'm only ever needing strings, picks, and batteries anymore.

I just bought a pair of EBMM strap locks, 6 packs of strings and a bunch of picks for under $60, which would've cost $85 @ SW.

Yeah, but we all need strings and picks from time to time, so may as well buy them when they're on sale, and save some money.

Are the prices on the Toontrack site the same as retailers like Sweetwater this year? In past years retailers were lower.Check around too, they're not all always the same.
