Even for those of us on Central/Mountain time, 7pm EST is a tad early Mark.

Good tutorial Mark. Have you tried using Vokle.com? It's kind of like Ustream but you can take live video questions from the audience too. I once attended one by Jordan Rudess from Dream Theater and it was pretty cool. Some people even jammed with him at the same time.
