Hey @Admin M@ - are you able to give us any idea about how much processing power this has compared to Axe-FX III (maybe I missed it somewhere). For example, will we be able to create presets with the same amount of block as Axe-III, or at least dual amps?

Just got on the wait list :). Thanks!
The processing power of an FM-3 is roughly the same as an AX-8.

hmmm .... :) Love the form factor and the modularity switch concept! AND the (at least it seems looking like) same LCD / GUI / operator control like the Axe III?! Axecellent!

@Admin M@ What`s the function for the USB Type A port? Did we get any preset compatibility between Axe III and FM3? Can`t wait to meet you guys at Amp Show the coming weekend and check this thing out :) Super Cool!

This looks great! An FM3 + FC would be a killer solution. My immediate questions would be:

- does it support two amp blocks? (looks like not, based on Cliff's comment ;-(
- are the two pedal jacks on the back TRS? So it could support 2 pedals or 4 switches? (or one pedal and 2 switches)
- does the FASlink power at least the first FC?
- does "includes a superb selection of Fractal Audio’s state-of-the-art effect algorithms" mean it will only have *some* of the effects or types?
- is there a "per-preset" IA layout like on the III?

Only one amp block.
Supports 2 pedals/switches.
FASLINK powers the first FC.
It does not have all of the Axe-Fx III effects but has the most important ones (no vocoder, etc.).
FC setup is same as Axe-Fx III.

Is the Cab block the same as the Axe III (multiple IRs and pan/level control)?
