I got this the other day and it's the real deal. The model of the Ampeg BA-500 sounds and feels so good that I'm gonna use it instead of my Axe-FX III for bass on my album. Hope this is helpful to some of you.

I admit I've been using AT4 for my bass tones, and haven't gotten the same out my AFXIII yet. Still trying tho. The SVXpro is what I have been using, but I'll check out that one in contrast, I do have the whole thing, just not happy with the guitars so much.
