Can anybody explain what is the first 3 parameters (peaking, 1000Hz; 0.707) and how they interact with the parameters indicated lower as they do not alter the frequency curve. Difference towards Axe FX 2 ?

It's a peaking type pre-filter, which takes effect when changing the gain. 3 other options are available if you click on "Peaking". The idea is to sculp the signal applied to the amplifier block without the need for an additional equalizer block in front.
I personally like to push ~2.2k by 2dB, but it's taste.

I use it to add some “bottom” sludge.

Its not the popular method, but it works for what I do.
