It seems to me that it would be nice to have the option of the Amp's Bright circuit having maximum effect all the way up to full gain (it normally becomes less effective as you raise the gain setting) - between this option and tweaking of the Bright cap size, a lot of new 'edgy/glassy' tones could be created, no?

The bright cap routes high frequencies around the gain knob so they don't get attenuated when it's less than 10. It's already at maximum effect, it's everything else that's being raised to the same level.

If you want more high end even at high gain, you can just put a treble boost in front of the amp. Or a highpass filter in parallel with the input, set to the "brightness" frequency (same basic idea). So what you want can already be done with the existing blocks.

I'm familiar with how the Bright circuit works (thank you Leo Fender) - I just thought this would be an easy implementation, eliminating the need to use another block. It's all good.
