Alternative to BFB Tall Boys?

I there any alternatives to Barefoot Button Tall boys out there. I have seen many alternatives to their std button online but no tall boys
 
I have not seen any. When I ordered my BBs I got the standards for the front and side rows, and tall-boys for the back row. Very happy with them. They make the back row far more accessible. Well worth the investment.

I already have BFB on my AX was just looking for an alternative for something else
