Allan Holdsworth Lead Distortion Patch for Q8.02 Plus Demo!

superb tone and playing!!....I think I would have to cut the web between some of my fingers to make some of those reaches. :)

I used audio from a video on youtube of Allan demoing the rocket pedal to capture the the Tone Match block. The amp settings was from an old guitar mag from the 90's that showed Allan's settings. Finally I used the multiband EQ in the amp block to get me the rest of the way there.

This preset includes an Amp block, so won't really translate to FX-8.

However, you could use FracTool to open the Axe Fx preset and look at the layout AND all of the block settings.

Hi, Amazing sound and playing.

I am trying to try your preset in Axe Fx 3 but the tone match block doesn't convert via Fractool. Is it possible for you to export the tonematch block as a .syx file so I can put it as a cabinet? Thanks!
