Advice on setting up Expression Pedals?

Hello folks, I'm setting up an expression pedal to control a Volume block in various presets of the Axe-Fx II and would like to make it so that if the expression pedal was not connected, the Volume block would leave the volume at 100%. Is this possible? Any other advice for setting up expression pedals is appreciated.

Yes. Set the Initial Value to 100% for the controller.

YouTube is your friend my friend. There's a ton of videos that cover this exp pedal guff too. You don't even have to read anything just watch, replay about 9 times, and go do it. Watch again and redo it correctly lol. I guess I should start reading more for brain cardio hehe
