Like many, after loading the factory presets, I found the presets sound a bit off. A simple reloading (switch to other amp then back) could resolve the issue. But it is a bit annoying to do so on all the factory presets. Accidentally, I think I found a way to quickly "reload" all amp blocks.
First, load all presets into axe fx.
Then go to utility, backup user banks A,B,C to axe fx. After that, restore user banks to axe fx.
It seems work for me. Cheer.
