A question about turning on/off effects w/ a GCP

I havent had the need to program my GCP until now and I have to admit it stresses me out just thinking about it . This may be a stupid question but.... If I assign delay 1 bypass in the axe to an IA on my GCP will I then be able to turn on/off all the delay 1 's in all the presets in the axe ? If I understand correctly I cant do this with an ext cont.

Yes, if you assign, for example, Switch 1 (the upper left hand corner switch) to "CC 1" in the Ground Control Pro setup, and then assign "CC 1" to "Delay 1 Bypass" in the AxeFX Controls screen, it will be "universal/global" on the GCP and turn on/off Delay 1 in any preset that contains a Delay 1 block.
