A-E Knobs: Any way to change acceleration?

(before asking, I searched and looked through the manual...)

Is there any way to change the acceleration or speed on the A-E controllers?

The main controller has always been more pleasant to me to use except for having to cursor around. There seems to be less turn, turn, turn, turn, turn ,turn, turn, turn involved in getting from one end of a control to the other than there is with the A-E controllers.

There literally is less because it's a much bigger knob... It's like a gear - bigger gears travel more with the same degree of rotation.

Thanks. I built a MIDI controller with physical knobs that just send CC messages but it means you can't change the knobs on screen and you can't load presets with different positions, etc... If only you could send a sysex command that told the Axe-III "set gain to 120". :-(

Pretty sure you can... But you need to know the sysex which is not published.
