The " Shimmer " effect doesn't seem to exist in the FX8 .What a pity!
I hope that the next Updates will solve it with a new Block ...

I posted a thread elsewhere in this forum the other day about how my shimmer sound was bad. It's not anymore. I don't have a link to the thread, but it should be easy to find.

I read your Shimmer problems.How complicated it is to create an Shimmer effect..pfff
Shimmer effect is more and more used in songs...especially in U2 ones.
That 's why I regret not to see this great block in the factory presets.
FX8 seems to be a very complete machine...but without Shimmer in factory presets...
FX8 would be perfect for me with this effect inside...
I ' m waiting for the next updates...maybe one day...
