Hi. I did two Tone Matches yesterday with wonderful results I just had one problem.
When the tone match was exported to a user cab and I then A/B:d the cab and the TM block, the level of the cab block now was lower than the tone match block. In fact if I raised the level of the cab block 4.5 I got exactly the same result as from the TM block.
To clarify i tonematched a recording coming from input 2, I didn't do any changes to the tonematch block(smoothing...etc)but when I tried to change the level of the TM block and then exported that to a cab there was no level change to the cab block. I didn't use any mick or room or low cut or high cut or anything else in the cab block. The cab block followed the amp block with nothing in between and the TM block directly after the cab block. Nothing in parallell.
And as I said when the level of the cab block was increased with 4.5 dB there was no audible difference between the cab and the TM at gig volume.
Do any of you know anything?
I've read in older posts that this was an issue in fw 6 or so!
